JNTU Hyd Notification For Free Coaching for AP GENCO 
A.E Trainee's @ Centere For Career Advancement &
Resource Development (CARD)

                     A Special Free Coaching Programme sponsored and financed by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi for 165 SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer) and Minorities candidates who have completed  the Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology of CIVIL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING branches those who are appearing for the AP GENCO - Assistant Engineer (A.E) Trainee will be conducted by the CARD, JNTUH, Hyderabad at its Kukatpally Campus, Hyderabad for three (3) weeks duration from date 29-12-2011 to 19-1-2012.

VRO Notification

The state government expects it will receivefour lakh applications for VRO and 1.5 lakh for VRA posts.

Replying to a query, Satyanarayana reasoned conducting of the exam was notentrusted to the AP Public Service Commission as candidates for VRA posts would work parttime and they would be paid monthly honorarium of minimum `3,000. As for VROs, the posts are permanent and equal to record assistant's post and their salaries depend on the pay scale.

A minimum salary of `7,000 per month would be received by candidates selected for VRO post.The district collector will be the appointing authority for VRO posts and  tahsildar for VRA posts,Satyanarayana said. Help desks will be available in all districtcollectorates for assistance to candidates, he added. 

Answering another query, he clarified the written test for both posts would be conducted in Telugu and be an objective type.Therule of reservation would be applicable to both posts and for roster points the district and mandal would be taken as a unitfor appointments 200x71 jntu conducting

    The district collectors have already issued notification inviting applications for VRO and VRA posts on December 7.The candidateconcerned should pay examination fee of `200per application with a 50 percent concessionto SC/ST candidates at eSeva, Mee Seva and APOnline centres.
